保修說明注意事項(xiàng)
一．凡在公司商品售出之日起，SSD系列實(shí)行3年保修的售后服務(wù)政策 。
Warranty Validity: Within 3 years for SSD type Sxssdisk after upon the date of sale.
二．公司產(chǎn)品一經(jīng)售出，概不退換，也不負(fù)責(zé)不同型號(hào)商品的退換，如有特殊情況，需事先聲明。
Products Return Policy: Any Sxssdisk SSD Without quality problem will not accept goods return or replacement with another different model.
三．保修產(chǎn)品必須是我公司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，如果是其他公司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品或仿冒本公司產(chǎn)品，本公司有權(quán)拒絕維修。
Products Warranty Limitation : Only certified Sxssdisk SSD are under the policy of warranty.
四．以下情況，本公司不予以提供維修服務(wù)：
Products under one of following condition are beyond warranty services.
1. 未貼我公司保修標(biāo)簽的，或者保修標(biāo)簽破損或不全、無法辨認(rèn)日期的；
Products without or with damaged Sxssdisk Warranty label,or date of sell label unrecognizable.
2. 敬請(qǐng)用戶購買商品前仔細(xì)看有無物理破壞，我公司商品一經(jīng)售出凡有物理破壞的，本公司不予維修，如外殼破裂，芯片有明顯燒壞，PCB板優(yōu)化上等；
Qualified products damaged after sell due to physical or man-made causes, for example, housing broken, chips burn off and PCB board scuff,etc.
3. 因人為不慎或錯(cuò)誤使用導(dǎo)致?lián)p壞或零部件缺損的；
Incautions or incorrect use of products leads to product depart or damage.
4. 因自行拆修或更換零部件而產(chǎn)生故障的；
Users open, repair and replace part and components of products by themselves.
5. 因用戶運(yùn)輸、使用、保管不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致?lián)p壞的；
Unexpected damage during transportation, incorrect use and preservation by users.
6. 無保修標(biāo)貼、出庫單、保修卡其中任何一項(xiàng)的；
Products without warranty label. S/N label and warranty card.
7. 超過產(chǎn)品保修期限的。
Warranty period is expired.
8. 不提供數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)服務(wù)。
No data recovery service.
五．客戶送修產(chǎn)品返回后，質(zhì)保期不變，仍以原售之日為準(zhǔn)。
Warranty period beginning date: From upon the date of sell only.
六．如用戶產(chǎn)品不在本公司質(zhì)保范圍內(nèi)，但仍可修復(fù)時(shí)，本公司將酌情收取維修費(fèi)用，商品 可否維修，由本公司人員決定。
Services for expired products. Workable products with warranty period expired are provided warranty services based upon certain maintenance charges. Maintenance charges are negotiable.
